What information should we prepare before a survey?
The most useful starting points are the room dimensions, the available power at the service entrance, the cooling equipment already installed, and a rough count of the cabinets you plan to operate. Photographs of the shell and any existing drawings help us arrive prepared.
Do you work in operating halls with live equipment?
Yes. A large portion of our work is done in halls that must keep running while changes are made. We sequence each phase with defined checkpoints and rollback positions so that live loads are never exposed to an unverified condition.
How long does a typical engagement take?
A focused layout and airflow study can be completed in a few weeks. Full programs covering all six disciplines, including power pathway design and migration planning, are scheduled in phases that match the construction calendar of the site. We will give you a realistic sequence up front rather than a single optimistic date.
What Happens After You Send a Request
Every inquiry receives a personal reply from a member of our design team. We begin by reading the details you provide and identifying which of the six disciplines is the right starting point for your situation. A first hall usually begins with integrated facility layout and cooling and airflow planning. An existing hall that is adding load often begins with power pathway design or rack and containment systems. A facility that needs visibility into changing conditions may begin with monitoring and sensor networks, while a site preparing for its next phase begins with expansion and migration planning.
After the initial review we propose a short scoping conversation, either by phone or by video, to confirm the room dimensions, the available power, the cooling equipment and the count of cabinets you expect to operate. If a site visit is useful, we schedule one and walk the hall with your team. Following that conversation we issue a written proposal that states the scope, the assumptions, the schedule and the fee. No work begins until both parties accept that proposal in writing.
